Returns Policy
If you wish to return your purchase please send an email to [email protected] with the following information BEFORE returning the product:
- Your Order/Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Contact details
- Reason for return
Once we have contacted you and approved your return, please prepare the product for delivery to us and enclose the following items:
- Copy of your original Invoice/Order Confirmation
- Copy of the email from us confirming the return
- Original packaging and ALL parts & accessory items that came with your product
Please return good to the store address on our contact page.
We will notify you when received your returned product and keep you updated on its replacement status.
Offroad Performance Warehouse (OPW) cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to products occurring in transit on return to our warehouse.
Offroad Performance Warehouse (OPW) may not accept product returns if any of the following apply:
- The return was not approved prior to return
- Incomplete or missing parts
- The customer has simply changed their mind or decided they do not like the goods
- There are signs of physical damage to the product
- The product has been damaged due to unreasonable or unintended use
